Introducing our May 2024 Corporate Member Highlight: Mishkah University. Providing university-level education with degrees from Associate to PhD, Mishkah offers studies in Islamic sciences, Arabic language, and Islamic economy. They graciously shared insights into their services with our network.

How would you describe what Mishkah does?
Mishkah is a university-level educational institution that provides degrees (from Associate to PhD) and certificates in different Islamic studies sciences. It also provides degrees in Arabic language sciences and Islamic economy. The teachings and instructions in all studies are in English and Arabic Languages.
How is your organization unique in what it does?
The uniqueness comes from the following items:
- It has a distinguished fully certified Ejaza program that grants Ejaza certificates in Qur’an in all its authentic recitations. This program holds an annual international Qur’an competition for participants all over the world.
- It has a distinguished certified program to teach the Arabic Language to non-Arabic speakers from preliminary to advanced levels.
- It has a distinguished program to qualify teachers to become certified teachers to teach Arabic language to non-Arabic speakers.
- It customizes its college courses to be offered to high school students under the Dual Enrollment route.
- It provides support to schools that don’t have qualified teachers in Islamic studies in elevating their teachers to become qualified.
- It cooperates with Islamic centers and other educational institutes in supplying the Mishkah curriculum with academic supervision to conduct the curriculum in face-to-face mode. This cooperation has been established with multiple high schools throughout the USA and in Kenya. Efforts are progressing to expand this cooperation in Morocco and Islamic centers in the USA.

The education in Mishkah fits all students from 9th graders and up while meeting standard measures of accredited universities and many of its credits are transferrable to other universities. Its programs are offered through flexible schedules that fit most of the students who are located in different time zones throughout the globe while doing its best to not interfere with their normal work schedules.
