Identify and creatively utilize human, material, and financial resources to achieve the school’s goals

Work with school board to develop a School Improvement Plan (SIP) consistent with the mission and values of the Academy

Lead all staff in developing a healthy school culture of excellence, teamwork and collaboration between parents and students

Oversee all programs, services, and activities to ensure that program objectives are met.

Ensure maintenance of accurate personnel, student, and fiscal records.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal funding sources.

Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Oversees school budget, school activities funds, and authorizes all expenditures and requisitions.

Prepare required reports to the Board of Directors

Anticipates future building and equipment needs; plans appropriate activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s Degree or higher, with a major concentration of work in educational

administration.

3. A valid Teaching Certificate with three years of successful teaching experience

4. A valid Educational Leadership or Administration Certificate
